The service
Reply Minder is operated by Buğra Altuntaş, an individual based in Türkiye. It replies by text message to callers a business has missed, answers their questions with the help of an AI model, and sends them a booking link. It is set up individually for each business.
Using the service
If you are a business owner, you are responsible for the accounts you connect, for the information you give us about your business, and for having the right to contact the people who call you. You agree not to use the service for unsolicited marketing or for anything unlawful.
Text messages
Texts are sent only in response to a call or a message from the recipient. Recipients can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Message and data rates may apply.
AI-generated replies
Replies are drafted by an AI model and can be wrong. They are not professional advice. When the model is unavailable, the service sends a standard reply instead.
No warranty
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It depends on third-party providers and may be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost business, lost data or indirect damages arising from its use.
Privacy
How data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
Changes and contact
